Yes, you can make an appointment online, very much so.

Cancel at least 24 hours in advance! If you are unable to keep an appointment, you must cancel/reschedule it at least 24 hours in advance.
This can be done by phone (040-253 36 83) or by email (receptie@aldente-tce.nl).
If your appointment is not cancelled or cancelled too late, we will try to schedule another patient in the time reserved for you.
If this is not possible, we are forced to charge the cost of the reserved time.
Please note that the insurance does not reimburse these costs. Missed an appointment? Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that you are unable to keep an appointment.
This can have several causes.
If you don’t show up, we will always wait.
If it turns out that you are absent, we will try to call you or send you an email or letter.
In this email/letter we will provide you with information about the missed appointment and the consequences thereof. Receive appointment reminders by email At least 3 days before your appointment you will receive an email from us to remind you of the appointment.
You can see this as an extra reminder.
With this service, you can also ensure that, if necessary, you cancel/reschedule your appointment on time. Costs for a missed appointment In the event of non-compliance or late cancellation of an appointment, we will charge costs to a reasonable extent.
This is in accordance with the guidelines of the KNMT (Royal Dutch Society for the Advancement of Dentistry). Why do we charge a fee? If you are not present, there will be an empty treatment room.
We think that’s a shame and it costs us money.
There is a team ready, consisting of the dental hygienist or the dentist and the dental assistant.
These people are unable to provide care at that time.

During your first visit, we will be happy to discuss your dental wishes and any problems with you.
In addition to a conversation about your overall health, a comprehensive oral examination will take place.
If you do not have any acute symptoms, no treatment will take place at the first visit.
The costs for this first consultation can be up to about €200 including photos.
An initial consultation must be paid directly at our reception.
You can pay this in cash or by debit card.

We have built a reputation when it comes to treating children and anxious patients.
For this purpose, we have developed special treatment methods so that they undergo the treatment in a relaxed manner and are hardly bothered by it.
We would be happy to inform you personally about this.

You can park your car for free, there are 6 parking spaces at the front of the building and 3 parking spaces for Al Dente at the rear.
You can park your bike behind the practice.

Al Dente takes good care seriously and believes it is important that patients are satisfied.
We will do our utmost to help you to your complete satisfaction.
Despite all the attention and effort, it may happen that you are not satisfied.
Expressing a complaint and its handling is a right of the patient, as laid down in the Healthcare Complaints, Quality and Disputes Act (Wkkgz).

Rates and fees

Despite large differences in the time spent on treatment, the choice of materials and the service, the rates of dentists and dental hygienists have been re-established by the government as of 1 January 2013.
The rates set by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) for each treatment and the corresponding code can be found on the website: http://www.allesoverhetgebit.nl.
All costs for dental care (with the exception of crown and bridge work, implants and orthodontics) up to the age of 18 are reimbursed from the basic insurance.
The deductible does not apply to children.
Up to the age of 18, it usually costs you nothing.
These treatments are also claimed by Al Dente directly from your health insurance.
It’s easy for you.

Costs for dental assistance to adults (over 18 years of age) are only reimbursed if you have taken out additional insurance in addition to the basic insurance.
The reimbursement you receive differs per health insurer and per supplementary policy.
If you want to know whether and to what extent a treatment is covered by your supplementary insurance, it is best to consult the policy conditions or contact your health insurer.

In our practice we are happy to give you all the attention and good care.
That is why we have outsourced the sending and collection of our invoices to Infomedics.
Infomedics is a professional and reliable company that specializes in this.
If you are additionally insured for dentistry, Infomedics will submit your invoice directly to your health insurance.
If you are not fully insured, you will receive the invoice from Infomedics for the remaining amount that you still have to pay yourself, i.e. for which you are not insured.
If possible, the bill will be submitted to your health insurance, you will only receive a bill for the part that you have to pay yourself.
Infomedics On the Infomedics website you can arrange many things quickly and easily.
You don’t have to worry about the opening hours of the Service Desk and can arrange your affairs at a time that suits you best.
If you want to make a payment arrangement or check the status of payment, we recommend that you arrange this directly via the Infomedics website. http://www.infomedics.nl If you prefer not to receive the bill via Infomedics, there is always the option to pay by debit card or cash immediately after your treatment.

Children

We advise you to bring children from the age of 2.5 to our practice.
This way your child can get used to it a bit and who knows, your child may already dare to take a seat in the treatment chair.
